Pricing
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST. BabyDonkie reserves the rights to change pricing at our own discretion and at any stage without notice.
Returns & Exchanges
At BabyDonkie we are committed to providing you with products that are of the highest quality. If for any reason you are unhappy with the items you receive, they can be returned for an exchange or refund. Items must be in orignal packaging with original tags attached, be unworn or unused and returned within 14 days from date of purchase. Please contact us via email at info@babydonkie.com.au to discuss your exchange or refund prior to returning your package. Returns can be sent to: BabyDonkie, PO Box 3002, West Lindfield NSW 2070.
Exchanges: Return the items to be exchanged. Please include a self-addressed prepaid satchel for your new items to be returned in. Original delivery charges will not be refunded.
Returns: Return the items to be refunded. You will be refunded for the items (less delivery cost) once they are received in original condition.
Please note: We cannot exchange or refund items from our Sale/Clearance section.
Damage/Faulty Items
All items are carefully checked prior to sending. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately to discuss your options. We can offer an exchange, or refund should the product be unavailable.
Pre-Orders
Please read the product description carefully and check whether your items is a pre-order prior to purchase.
All pre-orders are final and non-refundable, if you change your mind. BabyDonkie is not liable for a refund for a change of mind.
Out of Stock Items
Sometimes we will sell out of an item, but we do endeavour to restock as soon as possible. If you see an item out of stock that you are interested in, please contact us and we will inform you when it is due back in stock.
Misplaced Orders
All orders sent by BabyDonkie have tracking numbers, if your order has not arrived in a reasonable time period please contact us and we will track it for you.
