The Grapat 18 Palos from BabyDonkie is a wonderful wooden toy set that can be used for open-ended and creative play. Made from sustainably sourced solid wood and handmade in Spain.
Children are only limited by their imagination when they play with our set of 18 Palos or sticks as Grapat likes to call them.
Palos can be trees, animals, elves, goblins, wizards, witches or anything else that captures your child's imagination. As have no clear gender or structure, they become whatever your child wishes them to be during that moment of play.
Palos do not come with instructions as they are designed for creative play.
They can be used at home, in the playroom, or classroom to create small worlds, be used in dollhouses, treehouse or to tell stories or be used in puzzles or maths games.
Grapat wooden toys are all handmade in Spain using sustainably sourced wood, non-toxic, water-based dyes, and finished with waxes and oils of vegetable origin. The oils can have a strong aroma at first, but generally, they lose the smell over time.
Each piece is unique as they are handcrafted and hand-painted. Grapat understands the “imperfections” of wood as characteristics that make each piece one of a kind.
With a strong focus on the environment, from 2019 Grapat Wooden Toys have 100% eliminated the use of plastic from their packaging.
