With another set of school holidays about to commence, we have an amazing creative play activity from our fave blogger, creator and product stylist, Lee from You Give Me Grace to help keep your kids happy and playing this Easter.
This is a super easy DIY activity you can make at home with a few simple materials.
Trace around template on corresponding felt colours
Cut out felt shapes using material scissors
Draw a squiggly line around the edge of the A3 green felt and cut out.
Using a running stitch, sew a swirl pattern into the blue felt.
Put Velcro dots on the back of the green felt so you can stack them onto each other creating a hill effect.
Cut up scrap paper until you have filled plastic lid making the food for the animals to nibble.
And now the best part...Play time!! Just add some of our Tender Leaf farm animals to your felt farm for the ultimate play set up.
This DIY activity is a great creative and open-ended play activity for the upcoming Easter break. Let us know in the comments if you made this activity with your kids. Or tag us in your creations on instagram with #babydonkie.
Thanks again to Lee for sharing another fantastic creative play activity with us, we can't wait to see more.
Dong Maria xoxo
